School Plan for Inclement Weather: When Berkeley County Schools close or delay school for inclement weather, we will do the same. If there is a 2 hour delay on a Friday, we will close at 2:30 pm, instead of 2:00 pm. We highly recommend that you receive texts from Berkeley County Schools regarding delays and closures. To do so go to wvde.state.wv.us/closings/. Please remember that our school calendar does not match the Berkeley County Schools calendar. We only follow them for inclement weather. If Berkeley County Schools are not in session and we experience bad weather, your child's teacher will text you if we have a delay or closing.
Prayer Breakfast: We would like to invite you to a Sunday morning prayer breakfast on November 4 here at the school. The breakfast is free and will feature plenty of good food to eat and a short presentation by a guest presenter. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us. Your children are also welcome. Serving time will be 10:00 am. The meal and presentation should last for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Fill it with sanitary items, hygiene products, etc. Some other suggested items are: socks, hats, gloves, books, gift cards, gum , candy, chap stick, pen, paper, band-aids, brush, and comb. The In God's Service Community Services/Disaster Response, Inc. will be collecting filled purses and or donated items from now until the beginning of December.
