Mrs. Bankes, a graduate of Southern Adventist University, has taught most of her career in Chesapeake Conference and much of that time at Rocky Knoll School. She and her husband are Alumni of Hlghland View Academy as well as their two children. In her leisure time she enjoys outdoor activities kayaking, biking, and camping in the summer and snow skiing in the winter. Reading a good book is her favorite indoor activity! In the classroom her goal is to instill a love of reading to her students.
